Oct. 23- Morris Family Fundraiser- Come out and support former Warwick educator Curt Morris and family for a movie-and-a-meal fundraiser at Penn Cinema on Thursday, October 23. You’ll be treated to dinner catered by Pork & Wally’s and desserts from Colebrook Bakery, a private screening of the movie “Invincible,” and the chance to win raffle baskets filled with goodies! Oct. 27- “Rookie” Jim Morris to Speak- If you admired the determination of Jim Morris, the oldest rookie to play Major League baseball as depicted in the Disney movie “The Rookie,” then you’ll likely enjoy hearing Morris speak at the Lancaster Marriott on Oct. 27.
