The Siberian Express is expected to blow into town overnight, driving temperatures down and causing snow that fell earlier in the evening to blow across roads.  A wind chill advisory is in effect from midnight until 10 a.m. Friday. Frostbite can occur on exposed skin in 30 minutes or less.
