Lititz and Lancaster County may see record-breaking lows overnight Saturday into Sunday, after a snowy wake-up call this morning.  Whether or not the record low occurs, one thing is certain: the weather has certainly been up in the air.  From 60-degree days earlier in the week to a below-freezing weekend, residents aren’t sure spring has sprung, although early-blooming plants are doing their best to emerge in the frigid conditions.
